Beginning September 12th, this course will be offered in our New Shelton, CT location in addition to our Norwalk, CT location! This 7-week course will be available at the Shelton location @ 4 Research Drive, Suite 402 on Monday’s & Wednesday’s 6pm-10pm.

This 60 hour course is required to satisfy the educational requirements needed to sit for the real estate sales licensing exam and to obtain your real estate license offered through the Department of Consumer Protection/Real Estate Commission. The course is also popular with future or current real estate investors, landlords, tenants, and others who are interested in real estate and want to learn more. The course covers real estate law, fair housing, agency relationships, listings and sales, zoning, environmental issues, financing and more. National concepts and Connecticut state-specific concepts are addressed in full detail.

Classes are ongoing throughout the year.

You may start any Monday or Wednesday (space permitting).

Pre-registration via phone is required, & full payment is expected on or before first class.

6:00pm – 10:00pm

Students may choose either day or evening session, or a combination of both so long as they do not exceed 12 hours per week (CT state law). Students may choose to take 2 or 3 classes per week, depending upon how quickly they would like to complete the course. There will be a $30 charge for each class attended in Norwalk, CT. Students must complete classes and test within one year. Repeat students are subject to $250 re-enrollment fee.

Tuition: $425.00 + $50 (textbooks) = total $475.00

ETPL Approved Course : Connecticut’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) lists available training, including classroom, correspondence; Internet, broadcast, and many other apprenticeship programs.
