Real Estate University Final Exam

To maintain the integrity of our final exam process and comply with educational standards, all final exams are live-proctored via Zoom and must follow the guidelines below.

📅 Exam Schedule

• Final exams are administered:

  • Tuesdays at 6:30 PM

  • Thursdays at 9:30 AM

• These times are fixed due to proctor availability and cannot be adjusted.

🖥️ Technical Requirements

• A desktop or laptop computer with a working webcam is required.
  Tablets (iPads) and cell phones are not permitted for testing.

• Students must log into Zoom 10 minutes prior to the exam start time.

  • Ensure your camera and microphone are fully functional.

  • Late arrivals will not be admitted and will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

• We recommend that students download and test Zoom ahead of time.

  • Real Estate University cannot provide technical assistance during the exam.

📝 Registration Policies

• Students must register for the exam at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Registration can be completed via our website calendar.

• Only one exam appointment may be booked at a time.

  • If multiple appointments are made, all will be canceled and a $25 fee per test will apply.

• Changes or cancellations made for any reason-including no-shows-will incur a $25 fee.

  • Please choose your exam date carefully.

• Exam access information (Zoom link & instructions) will be emailed the day before your exam.

⏱️ During the Exam

• Students will have up to 3 hours to complete the exam.

• Students may not begin until prompted by the proctor.

• Students must remain on camera with video enabled for the entire duration of the exam.

• You must be in a quiet, private space free from distractions and background noise.

• Cell phone use is prohibited, except when used as a calculator.

 

The following materials are permitted:

• • Traditional calculator or calculator on a mobile device

  • Scratch paper (must be destroyed upon exam completion)

 

Absolutely not permitted before/during/after the exam:

• • Screen captures or photos of the exam

  • Sharing or discussing exam content

📣 Exam Results & Next Steps

• Students will receive their exam results immediately upon completion.

• If a student does not pass:

• They may reschedule a retake via the website (subject to availability and standard policy).

• All students will receive an email breakdown of performance, highlighting areas of strength and areas for improvement.

• Once a student passes:

• Certificates with electronic signature will be processed within 24-28 hours and sent via email promptly.
