Salesperson Requirements for 2024

For the 2024 renewal, the requirements are;

12 hours of continuing education; three (3) mandatory credits/hours; plus nine (9) mandatory credits/hours.

The three hour mandatory course is;

“CT Real Estate Agency Law”

This will be held on Wed, January 10th 9AM at the Westport office on 101 Franklin Street.  Pre-registration is required.
