School Policies

Attendance Policy:
Students are required to complete 60 classroom hours within four (4) months in order to successfully pass this course. Attendance reports are auto-generated by zoom. Modules are separate and are not required to be completed consecutively, however can be completed over the course of the four month period. Punctuality for all classes is required. Students must be logged in with the camera activated throughout the duration of the class.  Students should be logged in no later than 10 minutes after the class start time for credit.

Grading Policy:
Final Exam – 100% of grade.  

Pre-licensing Certificate:
At the end of the 60 hour course, if the student has satisfied the 60-hour attendance requirement, has paid in full (tuition: $475.00 plus textbooks: $60.00, total $535.00) and has also achieved a passing grade of 70% or higher in the class, the student will receive a 60 hour certificate of completion. This certificate provides our students the credentials necessary for the Connecticut Salesperson Licensing Examination application.

Repeat Students:
Students who have either not completed their hours or passed their class exam within four months from date of their enrollment will be charged a $250 retake fee and no credit will be given for prior classes completed. After one year from enrollment date, no discount will be given and the student will have to retake the course at the full tuition amount.

Refund Policy:
Refunds minus a $35 administration fee will only be given before the login credentials have been provided by Real Estate University. No refund will be given for any books received. 

Student Success:
Students are enrolled in a course that will consist of multiple in-class quizzes and projects, guest speakers, and a final examination. To succeed, the student should take good notes on the daily classroom lectures, be on time for class, read the textbook topics, and answer the questions at the end of each chapter before we review the subjects.
